This product is a two-component, epoxy resin-based, mineral-filled repair putty. According to the technical data sheet, the mixing ratio is 1:1 by volume, the density is approximately 0.9 g/cm³, and the maximum gap-filling capacity is 15 mm. Its light beige color after curing and low shrinkage make it advantageous for wood repairs where appearance matters. With this structure, the product is positioned not as a conventional industrial adhesive, but as a shapeable repair and filling solution.

Performance values and durability of the Wood Repair Stick
At 20 °C, the product offers an application time of approximately 15 minutes; it reaches a level that cannot be removed by hand in about 45 minutes, becomes mechanically loadable in about 60 minutes, and achieves final curing within 24 hours. The technical data sheet states a compressive strength of 75 N/mm², a Shore D hardness of 70, and a tensile shear strength of 6.2 N/mm² on beech wood. Its temperature resistance ranges from -50 °C to +120 °C and can reach up to +150 °C for short periods. Application method and surface preparation
Before application, the surface must be clean, dry, and free of oil. On very dirty, smooth, or potentially low-adhesion surfaces, mechanical roughening is recommended, as this improves bonding and the integrity of the repaired area. The processing temperature range is between +10 °C and +40 °C, while the curing temperature range is between +6 °C and +40 °C. As the ambient temperature increases, the reaction accelerates; at temperatures below +16 °C, curing times become noticeably longer, and at around +5 °C and below, no reaction occurs, which is a critical application consideration.
