These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules governing the use of the website and services provided by UTM TEKNİK ENDÜSTRİYEL YAPIŞTIRICI TEKNOLOJİLERİ (“UTM Teknik”, the “Company”). Prices may vary depending on raw materials, exchange rates, supply periods, and project scope. UTM Teknik reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. In quotation-based sales, the validity period is specified in the quotation document.
3.2. Stock and Supply
Stock availability may change instantly. Stock confirmation may be requested before placing an order. Supply times may vary depending on manufacturer and logistics conditions.
4. Orders, Delivery, and Returns (If Online Sales Processes Apply)
If the website has a direct sales/order infrastructure or if orders are placed through quotations, the following principles shall apply:
4.1. Order Confirmation
An order becomes final upon payment confirmation, quotation approval, or written confirmation. UTM Teknik may request additional verification for risky or suspicious transactions.
4.2. Delivery
It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery address and contact details. In case of delays caused by cargo/logistics companies, UTM Teknik will provide reasonable support but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
4.3. Returns and Withdrawal
In industrial products, return/withdrawal processes may vary depending on the condition of the packaging, lot/serial tracking, chemical product safety, applicable legislation, and the nature of the product. Return conditions may also be separately specified during the quotation/contract or order stage. Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, opened, mixed, improperly stored, or cannot be resold for safety reasons.
5. Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Proper Use
UTM Teknik provides information within the framework of manufacturer declarations and technical documents.
5.1. Limitation of Liability
- UTM Teknik does not guarantee that the content on the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- No liability is accepted for indirect damages, loss of production, loss of profit, business interruption, and similar consequences, without prejudice to fault and mandatory provisions of the applicable legislation.
- Since product selection and the application process are under the user’s control, final performance results depend on the application conditions.

The User may not use the website for unlawful purposes, engage in actions that may overload the system, or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of any dispute, the authorized courts and enforcement offices of Bursa (Nilüfer) shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the applicable legislation.
