Application method and process conditions
Easy-Mix Metal is applied directly with a dual cartridge and static mixer; it is recommended not to use the first approximately 5 cm of material. Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of oil to ensure proper adhesion. The processing temperature is between +10 °C and +30 °C, while the curing temperature ranges from +6 °C to +40 °C. For 10 ml of mixed material at 20 °C, the pot life is approximately 4 to 5 minutes, initial strength is reached in about 40 minutes, working strength in about 2 hours, and full final strength in 24 hours; as temperature increases, the reaction accelerates, while at approximately +5 °C and below, no reaction occurs.
