Orapi 706 NZA Brillant Bright Finish Galvanizing Spray 650 ml

Orapi 706 NZA Brillant is a bright-finish technical spray developed for protecting metal parts by the cold galvanizing method. Thanks to its zinc-rich formula, it forms a protective layer on the metal surface, helping provide long-lasting resistance against corrosion, atmospheric effects, and outdoor conditions. Official technical documents state that the product offers a bright metallic appearance, dries quickly, and can be painted over afterward. Manufactured by ORAPI in France, this technical spray is supplied in a 650 ml aerosol can.

Product Description and Technical Structure of Orapi 706 NZA Brillant
NZA Brillant is an anti-corrosion galvanizing coating product based on a lamellar zinc formulation. Official product information describes it as a very high-zinc-content coating used for the protection of all metal parts for cold galvanizing purposes. Its bright metallic finish makes it suitable not only for protection but also for surface touch-up and the finishing of galvanized parts. In this respect, the technical spray stands out as a functional solution for maintenance, repair, and surface protection applications.

Performance Features and Resistance Characteristics
Official technical data sheets state that the product offers high resistance to chemicals, external factors except strong acids, and corrosion. The same sources indicate performance of more than 400 hours in salt spray testing, while compliance with ISO 12944 is also specifically emphasized. ORAPI product pages state that it provides long-lasting anti-corrosion protection on metal parts and that, under suitable conditions, this protection can last up to 3 years. Its fast drying and paintable nature are also important performance advantages that make the product practical for on-site maintenance applications.

Application Method and Compatible Surfaces
The product is designed to be applied in aerosol form to clean and properly prepared metal surfaces. Official technical documents state that it is suitable for use especially on metal parts, weld seams, railings, fences, pipelines, and tank surfaces. When applied for cold galvanizing purposes, it forms a protective film on the metal and delivers functional results in galvanized touch-up and maintenance applications. Official sources also state that the aerosol version uses a non-flammable CO2 propellant gas, which is one of the noteworthy technical features in terms of application safety.

Areas of Use and Key Advantages of NZA Brillant
This technical spray can be used in metal processing facilities, maintenance workshops, steel structure applications, piping systems, post-weld touch-up operations, outdoor metal equipment, and surfaces requiring galvanized coating repair. From a sectoral perspective, it offers functional use in automotive sub-industry, general industrial manufacturing, structural steel, storage tanks, railings, and fence systems. Its key advantages include very high zinc content, a bright galvanized appearance, fast drying, paintability, outdoor durability, and long-term protection on metal surfaces. For this reason, the product is a professional technical spray solution that can be used both for protective surface coating and galvanized touch-up purposes.
