For 1.5 cross coats, consumption is defined as approximately 120 ml/m² and the resulting film thickness as about 20–30 µm; part geometry and surface absorbency can affect consumption. These values indicate that applying the technical spray with “thin, controlled coats” is the most appropriate approach.

Critical steps for application method and surface preparation
Before application, the surface should be clean, dry, and free of oil, which is considered critical for adhesion and visual integrity of the coating. The can is shaken until the mixing ball can be clearly heard, and the product is sprayed evenly from a distance of about 25 cm with cross movements. Proceeding without rushing between coats and avoiding uncontrolled build-up helps achieve a more uniform metallic appearance. If enhanced corrosion protection is desired, a zinc spray primer can be used as a system according to the manufacturer’s recommendation; this approach supports more balanced coating performance especially on metal surfaces.

Storage, safety, and key advantages
Due to its pressurized packaging, the product should be protected from direct sunlight and should not be exposed to temperatures above +50 °C. Since shelf life is given as 24 months, planned use in maintenance and workshop stocks is possible. The product’s strengths include high opacity, suitability for indoor and outdoor use, fast drying, and the ability to create a decorative metallic coating without requiring a topcoat.
