Weicon Adhesive Spray Extra Strong 500 ml is a technical spray solution developed to provide strong and lasting adhesion on rough and uneven surfaces. Thanks to its synthetic rubber-based formula, it offers fast and controlled bonding in large-area applications. Its adjustable special fan valve helps the product be applied over a wide angle and with 360° directional flexibility. Developed in Germany by WEICON GmbH & Co. A coverage rate of approximately 4 m² with about 1.5 cross coats helps support planned use in large-area bonding applications. Its minimum shelf life of 12 months at room temperature also provides a practical advantage for maintenance and production stock management.

Application method and surface compatibility
Before application, the can should be shaken and the surfaces must be dry, clean, and free of grease. The product is sprayed onto one surface from a distance of approximately 15 to 30 cm; for porous materials, application on both surfaces is recommended. Depending on the surface and ambient conditions, it should be left to flash off for about 10 minutes, and once the adhesive no longer strings, the parts should be joined under firm pressure. With this application method, the technical spray delivers controlled and uniform results in upholstery, coating, insulation, and light assembly work.
